What Imgflip AI does
Imgflip AI is the AI meme caption tool on the Imgflip site. Its This Meme Does Not Exist page uses an AI model to generate captions for popular meme templates. Users click a meme to generate a new caption or use the Random option. The Classic model is a character-level neural network trained on images from Imgflip Meme Generator users. A ChatGPT-based GPT option is offered with 25 free generations per month that require login, and more generations need a Pro or Pro Basic plan. The main Meme Generator has an AI button that works with all templates, including custom uploads. Other tools include a GIF maker, chart maker, demotivational maker, image resizer, and API. Pricing includes a free tier and paid Basic and Pro subscriptions, which the page lists at 4.95 and 11.95 dollars per month when billed yearly.
