What LawX does
LawX is an AI-powered operating system for German law firms and notaries that unifies case management, document drafting, client communication and billing into one cloud platform. It automatically extracts data from emails, documents and public registers, auto-populates Word document templates, drafts context-aware correspondence, and generates invoices tied to accounting systems. The product is built for law firms, notary offices, and combined notary-attorney practices, runs in the browser, and integrates with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. LawX launched commercially in November 2025 and was founded in Berlin in late 2024 by Dr Norman Koschmieder, Dr Sara Brinkmann and Torben Rabe.
