Wexler sold a 'Fact Intelligence Platform' that used AI to extract, verify and cross-reference facts across up to 500,000 legal documents at once, helping law firms build case chronologies, spot inconsistencies and flag false or contradictory testimony in real time during depositions and hearings. Tech.eu reports the London company, founded in 2023, raised $5.3m (£3.9m) in a seed round led by Pear VC with Seedcamp, announced September 23, 2025. Wexler's customers included AmLaw100 firms such as Clifford Chance, Goodwin Procter, HSF Kramer and Addleshaw Goddard. Legal AI company Legora announced it had acquired Wexler in July 2026.
