SkillCorner was founded in Paris in 2016 by Hugo Bordigoni and Charles Montmaneix. In December 2025, Boston-based growth-equity firm Silversmith Capital Partners made a $60M growth investment in the company, its first outside institutional funding, to expand its data-engineering team and North American footprint, according to Silversmith and Clipperton.
