What Treefera does
Treefera runs an AI-enabled data fabric that combines satellite imagery, drone recordings and other sensor data to give trading, financial-services, supply-chain and agriculture companies visibility into 'first-mile' supply chain risk, such as commodity sourcing and environmental impact, which the company says causes more than 60% of supply chain risk and cost. UKTN and Tech.eu report the London company, founded in August 2022 by husband-and-wife team Jonathan Horn and Caroline Grey, raised $30m (£22.1m) in a Series B round led by Notion Capital with Albion VC, Triple Point, Twin Path Ventures and Endeit Capital, announced June 3, 2025, less than a year after its Series A. Treefera is using the funding to expand across North America, APAC and Europe.
